Products are grouped together by type (Example: Candy-Flavored Lip Gloss vs. Ring Pop Lip Gloss). Under each type, there may be multiple scent, color, or sizing options to choose from. If you are looking to purchase multiple options of the same product, select an option, choose your quantity, and add to cart. Then, repeat this process on your next desired option in the dropdown.

Order details are automatically emailed to the account you entered during your purchase. Every once in a while an email gets filtered to a spam inbox so we suggest checking there first. If it still hasn’t arrived, send an email to sweetlipsbyjazz@gmail.com with the subject of “Missing Receipt” and we will manually send it within 48 business hours of your request.

Your account username is the email you used to make your first order and you password can be reset by selecting the “Lost My Password” option on the Account page and following the steps.

If you can’t find a product, we have a search option on the right of the top menu bar (in the hamburger menu on mobile devices.)

At this time we process Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments through Stripe.

If you would like to make changes, please email sweetlipsbyjazz@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes we can accommodate include name/address misspellings and scent/color changes to an already purchased item. At this time we are unable to make price-altering changes to placed orders.

All personal and financial information submitted to this site is SSL secure–see lock in URL bar on your browser. Your personal and financial information is encrypted upon submission.

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Estimated shipping times can be seen on the cart and checkout pages for each delivery option and do not include the additional 3 business days of processing time we need to pack your order with care. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to keep up with live USPS updates.

While we can’t certify that our products are vegan-friendly, they are gluten-free.
